Who we are

The PBS Story

Beginning in 1980, with a philosophy of assisting small business and individuals – who make up the important lifeblood of the Australian employment sector, we have grown to a four Director Practice with 16 personnel.

Our services are continually evolving to ensure we are delivering the most current and effective tax, financial and wealth building strategies for our valued clients.

We have offices in Black Forest, Stirling and Broken Hill.

The Four PBS Directors

Nick Bradley

BAcc/CPA/ATI

Nick has been in public practice for 16 years, has been a sole practitioner or part owner of a practice for the last 8 years and a CPA since March 2003.

His expertise has been focused on business services and taxation advice for small to medium enterprise and any associated individuals. Areas of expertise include primary production, compliance management, system building , cashflow budget preparation and tax/forward planning. He loves to make complicated bookkeeping, accounting and taxation issues both understandable and manageable to our clients.

Nick is married with children and has a great interest in personal development of both mind and body, is an avid surfer, gardener and loves to travel.

Steve Markovich

Business Management

Steve has been in general business management since 1988, gaining experience in various industries from timber, building, transport and financial & accounting.

His expertise has developed in delivering business services and management advice for small to medium businesses, with particular interest in day to day management of issues that arise when running a business, from bookkeeping/accounting/software issues, HR and employment to those that relate to production and delivery of services to the client. A desire to translate his experience across a wide range of industry to help make a business as simple and successful as possible.

He is married and maintains a keen interest in football, golf & cricket whilst keeping an eye and ear on horse racing.

Marc Evans

B.A. (acc.), FNTAA

Marc has been in public practice since 1989 and a sole practitioner or part owner of a practice since 1997.

His expertise has developed in business services and taxation advice for small to medium businesses and individuals and self managed super funds, with particular interest in small business CGT exemptions and a desire to keep complex financial issues as simple as possible and in a language clients can understand.

He is married with two children and maintains a keen interest in lawn bowls, share trading and lifetime learning.
