Zach Whitehouse
Zach started at PBS as a Junior Accountant back in 2015 and is now a Client Manager.
Zach specialises in providing tailored accounting solutions for agribusinesses and SMEs. His expertise empowers clients to focus on growth and innovation, while maintaining financial clarity and compliance.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys playing & watching sport, specifically volleyball, football & cricket – if you need to know any stats Zach is the person to ask!

Szymon Dutka
Szymon started at PBS in early 2023 as a Client Manager.
With over a decade of experience in accounting, Szymon specialises in tax and business advisory services for small to medium-sized enterprises across diverse industries. Since beginning his career in 2012, Szymon has worked with clients in hospitality, medical services, electrical and plumbing trades, primary production, and manufacturing – consistently delivering tailored solutions designed to address the specific needs of each client.
Szymon is a dedicated family man and an active member of the Polish community. He participates in various cultural committees and festivals each year. If you don’t see Szymon on the Polish dance floor, you might also find him on the basketball court (mostly running up and down the court!).

Anthony Burt
Anthony started at PBS in 2022 and is a current Client Manager.
Anthony’s expertise in managing accounting departments has been gained from working in many different industries. This experience has now been transferred to public practice in providing small to medium businesses and individuals with tax and business services and advice to sustain and develop them.
Anthony is married with 2 adult children and is a keen cyclist and runner, while always looking forward to the opportunity to travel, and is one of those people who loves an Excel spreadsheet (don’t hold that against him!)

Ben Okesli
Ben has joined the PBS team in late 2024, as our SMSF Manager.
Ben is an SMSF specialist with extensive expertise in accounting and taxation, dedicated to the effective management of self-managed super funds.
Driven by a strong focus on value creation and results, Ben is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes in the SMSF and taxation landscape.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ben is a true basketball lover and enjoys traveling, exploring new countries by motorbike, and appreciating diverse cultures, especially taste testing all the various cuisines!

Harrison Goold
Harrison joined the PBS team in late 2023 as a senior accountant.
Specialising in business advisory and taxation, Harrison works closely with clients to optimise their financial strategies, minimize tax liabilities, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. His in-depth understanding of tax laws and business operations allows him to provide tailored solutions that support long-term growth and financial success, and he is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions that drive financial efficiency and sustainability.
Outside of work, Harrison enjoys staying active through fitness and his gardening being quite the green thumb. He loves exploring Adelaide’s vibrant food scene and it quite the MasterChef looking at some of the lunches he brings in!

Georgina Berno
Hailing from a 25 years plus exclusive legal background employed by some of this State’s top tier law firms, Georgina has assisted many professionals and their clients to the very highest of standards.
Her attention to detail and commitment to the task at hand are character qualities which Georgina has seamlessly transferred to her new working milieu, the profession of Accountancy.
A dedicated team player, Georgina enjoys assisting the practice and its clients in achieving their desired goals in an efficient and timely manner.
In her spare time, Georgina delights in being in her garden, surrounded by nature, meditating ancient sacred scripture on the ability to live life skillfully.

Vanessa Spargo
With over 30 years of experience in Administration roles, 16 as office manager for a non-profit organisation, and a decade of expertise running a business specializing in developing MS Access databases, Vanessa brings a unique blend of practicality, analytical thinking, and creativity to every project.
Passionate about helping others and streamlining operations, Vanessa thrives in dynamic environments and loves finding innovative solutions.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys exploring art and crafts, gardening, and getting lost on back country roads.

Catherine Ogilvie-Mitchell
With 20 years of experience as a registered nurse specialising in maternity and infant intensive care, Catherine has spent much of her career providing compassionate care to those in need.
After transitioning into administrative roles, she gained valuable experience working in Law and Accounting practices in Darwin. Catherine now brings her expertise to PBS, where her nursing background continues to shine through in her patient and caring approach to helping clients manage their administrative tasks.
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time with family, cycling, keeping fit, reading biographies and is an NFL tragic (yes gridiron) and follows the New England Patriots. And she has a beautiful cat called Birdie.

Jess Jurek
With over 20 years of administrative experience, including 13 years in the Accounting industry, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role. Her hands-on approach and organisational skills are the cornerstone of her work, and she takes great pride in being efficient and detail-oriented. Jess thrives on assisting clients with their queries, enjoys problem-solving, and approaches every task—big or small—with enthusiasm and determination.
No two days are ever the same in her line of work, and that’s exactly how Jess likes it. She appreciates the variety and fast pace of an admin role, where challenges are constant and no two hours are alike.
Outside of work, Jess is a proud mother of two girls and loves spending time with them, especially outdoors—whether it’s chasing waves in the winter or enjoying the sunshine. A keen lawn bowler, Jess spends plenty of time on the green during warmer months. She also values her Polish heritage and cherishes time with her extended family, often bonding over big, delicious feasts. As a passionate AFL fan, Jess bleeds black and white, with her loyalty to Collingwood making for some very exciting (and stressful!) weekends during footy season.
